Who monitors my system once it’s operating?

Your vehicle manufacturer already monitors your EV according to their terms, and both Bidirectional Energy and Wallbox will monitor your bidirectional charging system once it’s operating. This helps us ensure that we maximize utility bill savings and passive income earnings by selling power back to the grid – all while ensuring that your car is charged and ready to drive when you need. Beyond this, we do not monitor your other home devices or hardware.

For hardware issues, you should reach out to the manufacturer (whether Wallbox, Kia, or other) and/or warranty provider, if relevant.
