Does Bidirectional Energy share my information with third parties?
We only share personally identifiable information (PII) to execute the program itself or as required by law. We never sell PII.
We take privacy very seriously.
Your information is primarily used to execute the program itself. We will determine if you qualify for our V2X program or other energy incentives, and to do so, we may share it with program partners like hardware manufacturer partners (i.e.--Wallbox), our installation partners, or governing public agencies as needed (i.e.--the California Energy Commission or the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority).
We may share *aggregated information* on trends we see, as our cutting-edge pilot programs are intended to inform future programs in the industry. If we did, we would always remove personally identifiable information (PII). We never sell PII.
